Service Description
In this class you will bring awareness to both your breath and your body to strengthen postural muscles and movement patterns that are used in our everyday life. You will play with holding postures for multiple breaths before gently transitioning in a playful practice allowing you to push yourself or take it easy - dependent on your body. You will be given posture, alignment , and breath cues. A great class for beginners, experienced practitioners, or anyone recovering from previous injuries. Modifications welcome and encouraged.
