Service Description
This is what you think of when you hear, “vinyasa”. You will be moving in coordination with your breath. This class will build heat in the body while bringing awareness to the breath. You will also build strength transitioning the body from pose to pose. In this practice you will often play with larger transitions and have some fun falling into moving meditations. This is a practice where you can drop out of the analytical mindset and get creative allowing the body to find a sense of freedom and exploration.
